"I have had a lot of struggles in the past with not being able to get a hold of anyone at this office or even getting a return phone call. However, I called on Monday February 16th 2026 to add a vehicle we purchased over the weekend and the phone was answered immediately. I wish I could remember the ladies name, but she was super helpful and nice. She transferred me to Diego who was a big help and very quick to add our new vehicle to our existing policies. Diego and the lady that answered the phone are rock stars!"
